Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting sales, providing customer service, and developing sales management strategies. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, providing training, and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in conducting Training sessions
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
- Experience in the sugar or commodities industry is a plus
