Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and conducting customer training sessions on product offerings. This role also involves proactively identifying new sales opportunities, effectively communicating with clients to address their needs, and collaborating internally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Proficiency in Sales, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide customers and manage sales processes effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the industrial or automation sector is a plus.
