We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in Indian Curry cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Develop menus and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Participate in menu costing and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in an Indian Curry restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
