We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie Bakery to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be responsible for managing the bakery section, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the bakery section, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating.
- Ensure high-quality food production by following recipes and cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Bakery with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens and mixers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
