Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the bakery section, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating.
  • Ensure high-quality food production by following recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Bakery with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens and mixers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
