We are looking for a skilled Indian Curry chef to join our team at the Marriott Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in cooking Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients used in Indian cooking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and spices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
