Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in RCM client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients through calls, introduce our RCM services, and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential RCM clients to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Experience in RCM client calling and business development.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
