Business Development Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales department by handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Handle client queries promptly and escalate to relevant teams when needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, from enquiry to order closure.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹46,945.93 per month
