Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.


• Identify potential business opportunities in public and private healthcare sectors.


• Drive sales revenue and meet quarterly and annual targets.


• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team (Territory Managers, KAMs, ASMs).


• Monitor team performance through KPIs and regular reviews.


• Mentor and motivate team members for consistent performance.


• Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners and Distributors.


• Ensure proper stock availability, logistics, and after-sales support through partners.


• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), gynecologists, pediatricians, and hospital management.


• Drive institutional sales and build strategic partnerships with government departments, NGOs, and large hospital chains.


• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.


• Identify new product opportunities and provide feedback to the marketing and R&D teams.


• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.


• Maintain accurate CRM data, reports, and forecasts for the assigned region.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharma, or related field & MBA.


• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.


• Strong knowledge of maternal & child health products will be an added advantage.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Experience:


• Working with public health institutions (NHM, govt tenders, state health bodies).


• Managing multi-state territories or zone-level responsibilities.
