Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Employee Relations (ER) – Human Resources Specialist for our team at Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. This on-site role, based in Bhopal, involves fostering positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies, advising on labor laws, and developing effective employee engagement practices. Responsibilities also include managing performance evaluation processes and collaborating with leadership to optimize workplace dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management processes and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Past experience in similar HR roles or environments is an advantage
