Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, attendance, employee relations, and statutory compliance at Tathastu Superspeciality Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with management for HR policies and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setup.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
