Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction.

Attendance & Payroll Management

  • Maintain accurate attendance records for employees.
  • Prepare payroll with correct calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain organized and updated employee files, including personal, contractual, and performance records.

HR Operations

  • Handle daily HR activities and ensure smooth workflow across the department.
  • Address and resolve HR queries in a timely manner.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive workplace environment through communication and grievance handling.
  • Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts professionally.

Policy & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, company regulations, and labor laws.
  • Maintain proper compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to support employee retention initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to uplift morale and professional development.

Workplace Safety & Surveillance

  • Address workplace safety concerns and employee complaints.
  • Monitor site and office CCTV surveillance to ensure a secure work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
