Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the successful alignment of our service offerings to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:·
Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, events, digital platforms, and referrals.
Client Acquisition s Conversion: Engage potential clients through presentations, meetings, and consultations to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Client Requirement Mapping: Understand client business goals and marketing needs; collaborate with internal teams to match services and propose effective digital solutions.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
· Market Research s Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to shape outreach strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
· Reporting s Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools and internal systems.
Requirements:·
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in business development, client tapping, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
