We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Printing and Packaging industry, with a focus on flexible packaging, rigid containers, and industrial packaging solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, leading the sales team, and strategizing marketing initiatives to expand the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Agrochemicals, Textiles, and other industrial sectors.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to adapt the sales approach.
Marketing Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the design/production team to create promotional materials, product samples, and technical presentations.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry expos, and networking events.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to meet their performance KPIs.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis reports for senior management.
- Use CRM and ERP systems to manage leads, customer data, and sales progress.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing in Printing, Flexible Packaging, Rigid Packaging, or Container Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials such as BOPP, PET, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, paperboard, etc.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80, ₹150,000.00 per month
