We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by helping us expand our client base and promote our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions (Tally ERP, TallyPrime, and other business solutions).
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and advantages of our software solutions to clients.
- Conduct product presentations and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term business relationships.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively sell our solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business operations, accounting, and financial software (experience with Tally is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and building lasting relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
