**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Customer Engagement & Sales**
- Greet walk-in clients with a warm and professional approach.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate luxury bathing solutions.
- Convert enquiries into sales through strong product knowledge and relationship-building.
- Handle high-profile clients with tact, discretion, and attention to detail.

2. **Product Presentation**
- Create and deliver compelling **PowerPoint presentations** for clients, architects, and designers.
- Assist in conducting showroom events, brand walk-throughs, and product demos.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product visuals and digital tools are up-to-date.

3. **Showroom Management**
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
- Keep product displays clean, functional, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with back-office staff for timely replenishments.

4. **Client Follow-Up & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales leads.
- Share daily and weekly sales reports with the showroom manager.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in luxury retail, interior design, or premium product sales
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or related fields
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft PowerPoint** (mandatory)
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and fluent in English (regional languages are a plus)
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design appreciation

**Additional Details**:

- **Work Schedule**: 6 days/week (weekends included; one weekday off)
- **Compensation**: Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives
