
Sales Executive- Packaging

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the printing and packaging industry. You will work closely with the production and design teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and packaging segment.
- Meet with clients (B2B) to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to the management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of various packaging materials (corrugated boxes, labels, flexible packaging,Containeer etc.) is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
