Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the sales team, developing promotional materials, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
  • Skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Promotional Strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and customer relationship management
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales software
