Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Packaging Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, and industrial sectors.
  • Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in packaging sales or B2B industrial sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of packaging materials (corrugated boxes, films, labels, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
