  • Retail & Pharmacy Expansion

    Develop strong relationships with pharmacy chains, independent chemists, and healthcare retailers.

    Ensure proper visibility & placement of Filtra products in stores.
  • Team Management & Market Execution

    Lead a team of Sales Officers & Territory Sales Executives.

    Conduct weekly sales meetings, performance tracking, and field visits.
  • Trade Promotions & Brand Visibility

    Execute in-store branding, promotions, and activations to boost sales.

    Work closely with the marketing team for local campaigns & events.
  • Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

    Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

    Recommend new opportunities for product positioning & sales growth.

Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage teams & drive high performance.

Knowledge of Delhi NCR market & distribution networks.

Self-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
