Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their staffing needs.
  • Consultant Marketing: Effectively market our consultants to potential clients by highlighting their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other conditions with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contract negotiations, and other relevant information. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes.
