Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager\

About this opportunity, we are looking for a highly skilled recruiter who will become an integral part of our team. We want someone who has prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with business requirements.\
  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs.\
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders through regular reporting.\
  • Act as a key contact point for recruitment queries and issues.\
  • Communicate recruitment trends and insights to drive future recruitment activity.\
  • Share the process and benefits of the solution with stakeholders.\
  • Review team recruiting numbers, SLAs, and governance compliance.\
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and hands-on recruiting is required.\\[/ul]\

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.\
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search/RPO Firms OR Quick learners with excellent communication skills.\
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication.\
  • Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles.\
  • Knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.\
  • Head Hunting Skills.\
  • Positive attitude towards work.\
  • Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.\
  • High target and delivery orientation.\
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS).\
  • Boolean/advanced searches.\\[/ul]\
