Job Summary Senior Technical Recruiter We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and team management. The ideal candidate will not only excel at sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent but will also lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters. With a strategic mindset and an HR degree, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the team meets organizational and client goals. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor technical recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Allocate requisitions among team members and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for technical talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and referral programs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche technical roles.
• Monitor key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and client-specific guidelines.
• Maintain and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues related to recruitment operations.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the technical talent market.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups. Key Requirements
• Master's degree in human resources or a related discipline (e.g., MBA in HR).
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment team and handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to track metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience working in a staffing agency or client-focused recruitment environment.
