We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Create and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding business in existing ones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing business models and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR services.
