Job Overview
">This role is responsible for driving sales growth and productivity while ensuring profitability. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with senior managers and business executives to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed targets.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Sales Target Achievement
">You will be responsible for achieving periodic customer acquisition and revenue targets, as well as maintaining high levels of productivity and profitability.
">Business Review and Strategy Execution
">Regular business reviews will be conducted with sales managers and business executives to ensure that business strategies are executed as planned.
">Team Sourcing and Risk Management
">Team sourcing will be strictly in line with policy parameters and acceptable risk norms of the organization.
">Channel Activation and Engagement
">Activation of channels will be ensured on a monthly basis through regular engagement, training, and relationship-building with DSAs/DSTs.
">Credit Team Coordination
">Credit team coordination will be handled to resolve queries related to login, sanctioning, and disbursement.
">Training and Development
">Effective training of DSAs/DSTs and sales teams on USPs, policy guidelines, and promotional material will be ensured for customer acquisition at the local level.
">Promotional Plan Implementation
">Implementation of promotional plans and contests, as well as suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the teams, will be carried out.
">Recruitment and Retention
">High performers will be recruited and retained.
