Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced startup environment.Responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Conduct detailed discovery calls and product demos for high-ticket clients
Identify and nurture new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upsells
Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline data in the CRMQualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in sales (B2B SaaS experience preferred)Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in lead qualification, deal management, and customer engagement
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
Location - HSR, Bengaluru.
