Job Title: Head of Inside SalesDepartment: SalesReports To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / VP of SalesLocation: BangaloreType: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring a high-performing team, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound channels.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and a passion for building scalable sales infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management:Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing inside sales team. Set clear objectives, track performance, and provide regular feedback and development plans.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Sales Strategy & Execution:Define and execute the inside sales strategy aligned with broader company goals. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through segmentation, customer targeting, and outreach.
Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success to ensure alignment across the customer journey. Performance & Revenue Management:Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs regularly. Use data to drive decisions, optimize the sales funnel, and improve conversion rates.
Own CRM integrity and drive adoption of tools and automation to support scalable sales processes. Process & Technology:Optimize workflows for lead qualification, nurturing, pipeline management, and deal closure. Evaluate and implement sales tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and productivity solutions.
Standardize sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and MBA.10 years of progressive sales experience in Indian Market, including 5 years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams. Must have handled a team of 50 .
