Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular market analysis, collaborating with marketing teams, providing feedback on customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of the green energy sector, particularly in Lithium batteries, Inverters, and ESS
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in Energy, Shipping, or Logistics industries is a plus
