Your Mission:

Drive UiPath's enterprise growth by cultivating strategic customer relationships and delivering exceptional value through automation solutions. You will identify and capitalize on opportunities within assigned territories, develop comprehensive account strategies, and consistently achieve revenue targets while positioning UiPath as the industry leader in enterprise automation

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow UiPath's presence within key enterprise relationships

  • Understand customers' business challenges and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable value

  • Articulate UiPath's value proposition effectively against competitors through deep product knowledge

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, industry influencers, and partners

  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline with precision to consistently achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Drive sales excellence through disciplined implementation of sales processes and performance metrics

This is what you'll bring to the team

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success in consultative selling approaches

  • Demonstrated experience selling to BFSI segment organizations across both private and public sectors

  • Strong C-level stakeholder management skills with proven ability to develop long-term account strategies

  • Technical understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation principles

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with a highly motivated, energetic personality
