Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinate between various departments, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality control and compliance, and communicate with clients and stakeholders. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for project management, supervising staff, and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the EPC or construction industry is a plus
