Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Bangalore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing non-core activities, ensuring punctuality and professionalism in service delivery, and upholding client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with various teams, implementing and maintaining processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Role and Responsibility

  • Communicating with supervisors and upper management regularly
  • Collaborating with supervisors and creating operational policies and procedures
  • Overlooking the daily functions of the business
  • Creating short and long-term operational goals
  • Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with supervisors, employees and clients
  • Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in facility management, operations, or related areas

· Experience in managing multi-site operations or large-scale facilities is highly beneficial.

· Proven track record of managing facilities maintenance, operations, and vendor relationships

· Operational Management: Expertise in overseeing maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services within the facility.

· Budgeting and Financial Acumen: Proficient in managing operating budgets, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

· Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Capable of making quick decisions and solving issues related to facility operations.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
