Role Summary

The Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of multiple pharmacy outlets across Bengaluru. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all outlets.
  • Plan and implement promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimize expiries, and control pilferage.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Store In-charges and staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports; provide operational support for special projects assigned by AGM.

Requirements

  • Education:
    B. Pharm / M. Pharm (Pharmacy background preferred).
  • Experience:
    6–10 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-store operations in a competitive retail environment.
