Breadtime Stories is an Artisan Breads bakery based in Bangalore. We specialize in Sourdough, Baguettes, Ciabatta, Focaccia and other Artisan Breads from around the world. We are a group of passionate bakers with a simple motive to share our joy of baking with the rest of the world.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, managing staff, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing production schedules. The Operations Manager will also handle inventory management, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and work to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bakery Operations Management and Staff Management
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Production Scheduling
- Skills in Inventory Management and Supplier Coordination
- Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- University degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
Compensation
Rs 25000 to Rs 35000 plus Bonus and Overtime
