Job Description:

Seclob Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and delivering results within deadlines. A strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies is essential to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to timelines and budgets
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for successful project implementation
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Utilize project management tools to schedule tasks, track progress, and report status
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
  • Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or a related field preferred
