Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing Department. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing projects across Montzo Life's fashion brands. This individual will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and brand managers to ensure seamless project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end execution of marketing projects (campaigns, events, shoots, digital initiatives, etc.) across multiple fashion brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, design, social media, e-commerce, PR) to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and reports for all marketing initiatives.
  • Track project budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders (agencies, production houses, influencers, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and support brand teams in evaluating ROI and effectiveness.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support marketing leadership with presentations, project documentation, and status updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion and retail marketing trends will be an added advantage.
