Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and be adept at ensuring project deliverables are met on time and with high quality.

Note: Candidates from outside Kerala are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, testers, designers) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards through regular testing and QA coordination.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Drive team performance and accountability to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the IT/Software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and basic QA/testing practices.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Preferred Qualities
  • Proactive, result-driven, and adaptable to changing project needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Candidates *not native to Kerala* are highly encouraged to apply.
