Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scoping: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team. Provide regular project status updates, manage client expectations, and facilitate clear, transparent communication throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of web developers, designers, and QA testers. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure team alignment.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to track project progress, monitor tasks, and manage dependencies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays and ensure project success.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all resources are allocated efficiently and the project remains financially viable.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client requirements before launch.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project briefs, functional specifications, meeting minutes, and change requests. Prepare and present detailed status reports to both clients and internal management.
