We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, monitor financial health, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Ensure the financial health of projects by tracking budgets, expenditures, and revenue streams.

Monitor project profitability and report on financial performance to management.

Foster a positive and productive team culture by organizing team-building activities and encouraging collaboration.

Coach and support team members to enhance performance and professional growth.

Facilitate open communication across software development, design, and quality assurance teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.

Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.

Prepare comprehensive project reports, including timelines, performance, and financial updates.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in managing software development projects.

Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).

Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Basic financial acumen to monitor budgets and cash flows.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
