We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong communication and time management skills to assist our Project Manager in day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate should have a good command of English, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of how projects are planned and executed.

This role is perfect for a fresher who is eager to learn, organized, and ready to take responsibility in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, resources, and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between departments.
  • Support in monitoring project progress and flagging potential issues early.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project flow and coordination.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Management, IT, or related preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management environment.
