Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in software project coordination, preferably in the healthcare ERP domain. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, technical leads, and clients to ensure smooth execution of software implementations, ongoing product updates, and internal development projects. You will play a key role in aligning teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate
    end-to-end software implementation projects
    for healthcare ERP solutions.
  • Act as the
    main point of contact
    for project-related updates, client communications, and follow-ups.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; escalate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate
    coordination between project managers, technical teams, and clients
    for smooth execution.
  • Document client requirements, change requests, and project updates accurately.
  • Prepare and share
    regular status reports
    with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support in planning, scheduling, and managing
    product updates and release activities
    .
  • Organize meetings, record action items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist in improving project processes for better efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    software project coordination
    or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of the
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and project tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
