We are seeking a Business Analyst to support client projects by analyzing business needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the operational requirements essential for successful client outcomes. The Business Analyst will prepare detailed requirement plans based on client objectives, user needs, timelines, and available resources. Key responsibilities include gathering and evaluating client requirements, coordinating with all teams, maintaining strong client relationships, handling all client communication, and ensuring that documentation and analytical deliverables meet both client expectations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, user stories, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams.
  • Lead client communication, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare SRS, user flows, and other project documentation.
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Support UAT, validate outputs, and ensure quality before client delivery.
  • Align all analytical and documentation tasks with organizational and client goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • A client-first mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
