Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to support end-to-end planning and execution of construction/architecture projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil / architectural projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables and report status regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents including drawings, BOQs, minutes of meetings, correspondence and progress reports.
  • Maintain and update project files, data, and documentation in both physical and digital formats for easy reference.
  • Follow up with vendors, consultants, and internal departments for pending documents, approvals, and submissions.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, and work progress reports.
  • Handle office-level coordination including drafting emails, arranging meetings, preparing MOMs, and circulating actionable points.
  • Ensure timely circulation of drawings, material samples, specifications, and revisions to concerned project stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to deadlines and escalate delays to the reporting manager when necessary.
  • Conduct site visits when required and resolve minor site-level coordination issues.
  • Participate in project review meetings and prepare action point follow-ups.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional working relationship with the project team to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution of tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • 5–6 years of experience in project coordination or civil project execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with architectural & civil drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD / project management tools like Primavera will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
