About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded 
Project Manager
 who can own projects end-to-end — from planning to execution — with a deep sense of accountability for 
revenue, cost, and quality
. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator, but a 
leader in the making
, capable of driving results across 
operations, marketing, sales, finance, and HR
 dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects within the defined 
    scope, timeline, and budget
    .
  • Take full ownership of 
    project performance
     — including financial outcomes, resource efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in 
    sales, marketing, HR, and operations
     to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize project deliverables to meet quality standards and revenue targets.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coach, support, and motivate project team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in 
    project planning, business operations, or strategic management.
  • Strong understanding of 
    business metrics, budgeting, and revenue accountability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, aspirational, and driven by results.
