expanding our digital transformation wing in Calicut to strengthen our ERP and automation

capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects.


• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and

timelines.


• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams — including frontend , JavaScript)

and backend (Python, Django) developers.


• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as per Agile

methodology.


• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and process compliance across all projects.


• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure proactive communication with

stakeholders.


• Drive collaboration between developers, designers, QA, and product owners for smooth

execution.


• Track and report project progress, dependencies, and resource utilization.


• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.


• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure

quality throughout the software development lifecycle.


• Provide clear and concise feedback on testing progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.


• 6–8 years of total experience, including minimum 3+ years in project or delivery

management.


• Proven experience managing software projects in a product or service-based setup.


• Strong understanding of , JavaScript, Python, and Django development

environments.


• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.


• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications


• Good to have Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Methodologies.


• Experience in managing cross-functional teams of 10–20 members.


• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD processes.


• Prior experience in both product-based and client-based project environments.
