Hi,We are looking to hire a Proposal Writer with good experience in Proposal writing, French (Read, Write and Speak) Proposal management, Bid Management, RFx, RFQ, RFP and RFI, BPO, Digitization and Experience working on EU opportunities.Job Location : PuneWork Experience : 2- 7 years

Work Mode : Work from office (5 days)Job ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end sales bids (RFI, RFP, RFQ,) response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and met, and milestones tracked

Interpret sales bid requirements and oversee compliance, and proposal reviews

Guide opportunity team in developing proposal win themes and reflecting them throughout the proposal

Write, edit, and format proposal documents so that they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive

Develop slides for sales bids follow-up presentations, quarterly business reviews, and similar

Continuously improve the proposal content and process through best practices

Maintain newly created content in a centralized knowledge repository

Experience working on EU public sector opportunitiesQualificationsTwo or more years of proposal management experience

Language proficiency: French (Read, Write, Speak), English, communications or related fieldA bachelor's degree in business administration, English, communications or related field

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteProject management experience

Successful candidates will have a "can-do" attitude and possess:A deep understanding of the proposal management / sales bid process

Extensive working knowledge of document production software

Ability to work under time constraints

Ability to work effectively with a team

Strong project management skills

Even better if you have:Technical writing experienceAPMP certificationPMP certification

Enterprise-level experience

Technology, business process outsourcing, business process automation experience

Ariba experience (or related online portal)Qvidian experience
