About the role -

Were looking for a National Sales Head to spearhead the Sales Department at Proplegit. This is a foundational role responsible for directly owning client acquisition and relationship building with top BFSI players across India. This role is central to driving adoption of Proplegits SaaS platform among Indian banks and financial institutionsincluding PSBs, NBFCs, and private sector lenders.

Our product helps automate property due diligence, enabling more efficient loan processing and reducing NPA risks. And this requires a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on closing deals, building strategic partnerships, and working directly with CXOs and senior decision-makers in Banks and NBFCs. If you love connecting dots, understanding business pain points, and proposing tech-driven solutions this role is tailormade for you.

What you will be doing?

Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for property due diligence solutions.?

Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the client / volume base.?

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements for bringing more business.?

Sales Process Management: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.?

Market Analysis and Strategy: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and providing insights to inform sales strategies.?

Team Leadership and Management: Leading, motivating, building and managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.?

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.?

Understanding Property Due Diligence: Possessing a strong understanding of the loan application journey including due diligence process, title verification, document review, site inspections, and regulatory compliance.?

Client Coordination: Guiding clients through the due diligence process, explaining the importance of each step, and addressing their concerns.?

Liaising with Stakeholders: Coordinating with internal teams (legal, technical, etc.) and external consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient due diligence process.?

Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with a property transaction and providing recommendations to mitigate those risks as part of sales strategy and by integrating such features in the product/services, as applicable.
