Role Overview

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, stakeholder engagement, and delivering timely, high-quality talent solutions for our clients across India and the Middle East. You will work closely with the business development team, client managers, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment cycles, exceptional service, and successful closures.

This role suits someone who is passionate about recruitment, process-driven, target-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and networks.
  • Conduct initial screening, technical assessment (as applicable), and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage follow-ups.
  • Negotiate salary expectations and assist in offer rollouts.

2. Client & Candidate Management

  • Maintain strong communication with clients to understand expectations and align delivery.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to the client manager.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring journey.

3. Process Excellence

  • Ensure quality standards in sourcing, screening, documentation, and data tracking.
  • Maintain CRM/ATS hygiene, ensuring all details are updated daily.
  • Share weekly recruitment dashboards with closures, pipeline, and key metrics.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Recommend sourcing strategies and talent solutions based on market insights.

5. Targets & KPIs

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly closure targets.
  • Maintain minimum 3–4 strong profiles per role within 48 hours of receiving a JD.
  • Ensure 20–25 high-quality candidate reach-outs per day.
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios from sourcing → screening → client submission → interview → offer.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
