Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include drafting and delivering sales presentations, meeting sales targets, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and conducting competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Client requirements understanding and clising deals
