Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Trainer, located in Saket. The role involves training and developing staff, creating training programs, supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and improving service quality. The trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance the overall performance of the team. Additionally, they will work on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coffee products and services.

Qualifications

  • Training and development experience, including creating and conducting training programs
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of coffee products and services
  • Ability to work on-site in Saket
  • Relevant certifications in training or coffee services are a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
