**Job** **Title**: Executive/Sr. Executive (Customer Service)
**Job** **Location**: Saket, New Delhi (Head Office)
**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years
**Reporting** **Manager**: Senior Manager (Customer Service)

**How** **can** **you** **make** **an** **Impact?**
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
4. Strategize the collection projections for the month.
5. Coordinate with other functions to resolve customer issues.

**What** **are** **we** **looking** **for?**
1. A qualified professional with progressive and relevant work experience.
2. Skilled in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
3. Responsible for delivering top line and bottom-line growth, considering cost impacts.
4. Good written and oral communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
