Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Retail

Location: South Extension, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring a Counter Sales Executive for a reputed Jewellery Retail Store located in South Extension, Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Showcase and explain jewellery products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain proper display of jewellery and ensure cleanliness of the counter.
  • Handle billing, payment collection, and documentation accurately.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female both can apply.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, jewellery, or luxury products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a confident and presentable personality.
  • Ability to work from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
